Pin drop check

Pinterest's bulk upload does not tell you when it throws a row away. It imports the file, reports success, and quietly schedules fewer pins than you gave it. Paste your CSV here first and see which rows will actually publish, which will be silently dropped, and why. Then take the repaired file it hands back.

Everything happens in your browser. Your file is never uploaded, never logged, and never leaves this tab. Turn off your network after the page loads and it still works. See the privacy page.

Your bulk upload file

Paste it below, or drop the .csv anywhere on this page.

Where these rules come from

Every one is an import that actually failed on us, not a reading of the docs. The duplicate-link rule cost us fourteen of sixteen pins in a single upload: Pinterest treats rows sharing a destination link as one pin and keeps the first. The past-date rule cost us the opening pin of two batches, because a row scheduled for a time that has already gone is accepted by the importer and then never scheduled.

Two things it cannot check for you. Board names must match a board that already exists on your account, exactly, and only your account knows that list. And publish times are read in your Pinterest account's timezone, not your computer's, so treat anything scheduled close to now as a warning rather than a promise.

Paste a CSV on the left and the verdict appears here: how many rows survive the import, what goes wrong, and a repaired file to copy.
